Q: What is your return policy?
There is no return policy on meals unless the order itself was incorrect. If there is something specific you would like made, we encourage you to submit a request for a custom order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q: What if I am not happy with the food?
If you are not happy with the food, please let us know directly and we will do everything we can to make sure you are a satisfied customer.
Q: What is the limit on the guests that catering services can be ordered?
Currently our catering services can accommodate hors d’oeuvres for up to 80 guests, and full meals up to 30 guests. If you require an order for more than the maximum guests, a consultation is required; your request will need to be placed at least 6 weeks in advance, and will be considered a custom order.
Q: How soon can I schedule catering for an event?
The minimum schedule time is 2 weeks for small dinner parties of 10 guests or less, and 4 weeks for large dinner parties of 25 people or less.
Q: What if I am allergic to certain foods?
We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. If you have a food sensitivity or allergy, please let us know at the time of your consultation so that alternative methods for preparing your meal can be arranged.
We will work hard to make sure that you can safely enjoy the food we serve. However, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions, injury or illness from the meals you order if you do not make us aware of your condition.
